As promised, Xiaomi offshoot POCO today has launched its new mid-range smartphone champion – POCO X3 in India. The smartphone comes as the successor to the POCO X2 and comes after the POCO X3 NFC variant had previously been launched in select European markets earlier this month.
POCO X3 is a slightly tweaked variant of the POCO X3 NFC and comes in three RAM and storage configurations and two colour options. The POCO X3 competes against the likes of Realme 7 Pro, Samsung Galaxy M31s, Redmi Note 9 Pro Max, and other smartphones priced under INR 20,000 in India.
The POCO X3 comes to India with a bigger battery and no NFC compared to the global variant of the smartphone. However, the rest of the major specs and features remain the same between the two devices. So, let’s take a detailed look at the POCO X3 specs, features, price, and availability in India.
POCO X3 Specifications and Features Overview
The POCO X3 boasts a 6.67-inch FHD+ (2340 x 1080p) LCS IPS display with a 120Hz dynamic refresh rate support, which allows the handset to save power by automatically switching between 120Hz, 90Hz, 60Hz, and 50Hz depending on the use case and the content format displayed on the screen.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G chipset comes with 8 Kryo 470 cores of this 2 Gold cores are clocked at 2.3GHz, and 6 Silver cores are clocked at 1.8GHz. The company claims that this new chipset brings substantial performance gains over last year’s Snapdragon 730G.
